The name Ómós comes from the Irish word meaning homage, duty and respect. It reflects our intention behind the project. We want to reimagine what a guesthouse and restaurant experience looks like, a place with creativity, respect, and a deep sense of connection and place.
That aim is to create something lasting and meaningful, something with soul.

With our opening on the horizon, we’re excited to start building a team of passionate, creative people who share our values and vision. We're now accepting expressions of interest and applications for some of our key leadership roles.
These roles are expected to come onboard sometime between Autumn 2025 and January 2026, and will be a big part of shaping the lead-up to our opening, including building out their own teams. We’re looking for people who love hospitality, think creatively, and are committed to doing things really well.
