These terms and conditions govern your use of the Ómós website and the services we offer, including our guesthouse and restaurant. By using our website or making a reservation, you agree to these terms.

Use of this website

The content of this website is provided for general information purposes. We make reasonable efforts to ensure the information is accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee its completeness or accuracy. We reserve the right to modify or withdraw any content at any time without notice.

Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images, design, logos and other material, is the property of Ómós or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or otherwise use any content from this website without our prior written permission.

Guesthouse reservations

The following terms apply to guesthouse bookings at Ómós:

• Full payment is required at the time of booking.
• Check-in is from 4:00 pm. Check-out is by midday.
• Ómós welcomes guests aged 16 and over.
• Cancellations made more than 14 days before the date of arrival will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival will receive a 50% refund. No refund is available for cancellations within 48 hours of arrival or for no-shows.
• We reserve the right to charge for any damage to the property caused during your stay.
• Complimentary breakfast is included with every stay.
• Parking and EV charging are available on-site for all guests.

Restaurant reservations

The following terms apply to restaurant bookings at Ómós:

• Reservations may be made through our website or by contacting us directly.
• We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. For groups of 6 or more, we require 48 hours’ notice.
• A cancellation fee may apply for late cancellations or no-shows.
• Please inform us of any dietary requirements or allergies at the time of booking or at least 24 hours before your reservation.

Private dining and events

Our private dining room accommodates groups of up to 10 guests. Ómós is also available for private events. Separate terms may apply. Please get in touch for details.

Gift vouchers

The following terms apply to gift vouchers purchased from Ómós:

• Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
• Vouchers must be mentioned at the time of booking and are subject to availability.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ómós shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of our website or services. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by Irish law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on our website.
