We hope to gently reshape a piece of this little corner of the country into a destination that will be as respected by the locals of Abbeyleix as it will be internationally.”
Ómós, an Irish word meaning homage, duty and respect, embodies our care for people, community, land and craft. We want to create something lasting and meaningful, a guesthouse and restaurant that feel rooted in their surroundings and warmly welcome curiosity and discovery.
